CANVEXIA AGENT AGREEMENT (v1) By applying, you agree to the following as a CANVEXIA referral agent: 1. Your role. You refer businesses to CANVEXIA products (such as Servd and Reseta) using your referral link or code. You are an independent agent, not an employee of CANVEXIA. You decide your own hours and methods. 2. You never collect payment. Customers pay CANVEXIA directly. You must not collect cash or payment from a customer for their subscription. Do not ask a customer to pay you. 3. What you earn. For each customer who signs up with your code and pays: - ₱500 once, when their activation payment is confirmed; - ₱200 for each of the first 6 months they pay; - ₱100 for each month after that, while they remain active. Commission is credited only after CANVEXIA confirms the customer's payment. 4. If a customer stops paying. Your commission for that customer pauses. If they return, they remain recorded under you. 5. How you are paid. Payouts are released on the 15th of each month for commission confirmed in the previous month, sent to the GCash or bank account on your profile. The minimum payout is ₱500; a smaller balance carries over to the next payout. 6. No guaranteed income. Commission depends on how many customers you refer and how long they subscribe. CANVEXIA does not guarantee any amount. 7. Honest selling. Describe the products truthfully. Do not make promises CANVEXIA has not made, and do not sign up a business without its consent. 8. Suspension or removal. CANVEXIA may suspend or remove an agent for fraud, misrepresentation, or collecting payment from customers. Commission already confirmed and owed to you is not affected. 9. Changes. CANVEXIA may update these terms for future referrals. You keep the version you accepted; new terms apply to referrals made after they are published.
